My family and I had a great trip and wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful with the beach, a couple pools and a swim up bar! There's a couple unique places to go close by. Plus water activities and good food! Super cool place!

This was a wonderful experience starting from when Deandre met me at the airport and took me the boat. When we arrived at the resort, Pedro from the front desk, was at the dock to greet me. Then the next thing I know, Shawn the GM came out and introduced himself. The bartender Barry was great. As was the cook Luis and the food he cooked. All the staff members were extremely attentive and made you feel special and very welcome. The atmosphere was laid back but still classy. I highly recommend this resort.

Best room ever and excellent service all around, including free boat pick-up and drop-off. Unfortunately, beach sargasso and mosquitoes abound this time of the year. Will definitely repeat none the less.

By far the best resort we have ever stayed at! Beautiful landscaping and breath taking views of the Caribbean waters. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable. Our room, which was the one bedroom junior suite, was bigger and better than what we had expected. Super clean. Great swimming pools. Food and food selection was excellent. The staff was absolutely amazing. From the moment we landed in San Pedro, we knew we were in good hands. A special thank you to Shawn the resort manger and Berry for allowing us to spend time with you. And the rest of the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with everyone. We are truly thankful we chose this resort. Everyone made us feel like family and we will most definitely be returning. Outstanding service, we couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Thank you all so very much.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was the smell of the seaweed, which the staff did their best to control. Also, the bugs are relentless; the resort sprays daily, but they should spray more often.

I literally just got back from there yesterday 8/1/25. The sargassum is out of control and the smell is terrible and unbearable. It makes you gag. The welcome letter informs about sargassum but does not warn about how the beach is unusable and the smell bring unbearable. I specifically chose this property thinking that I would have access to a beach at all times in case I didn’t want to go anywhere and my family would be satisfied however we still had to go off the resort to a beach that was about 40 minutes away that was beautiful with zero sargassum or smell. The mosquitoes are out of control. My family and I combined probably have well over 70 bites. My son looks like he has measles. From our head to our feet, we are covered. The welcome states to bring bug spray. A can will not do you any justice and they have the audacity to charge $24 a can on site when there mosquito population is out of control. The positive take aways are the rooms, very nice, clean. The people who work there (Barry, Mario, Armando, DeAndre, Allan, Pedro, Mario, and a few more are fabulous. They made our stay bearable.

The beds are amazingly comfortable, the rooms are spotless and the location can't be beat. It really feels like you have a corner of the world all to yourself. The staff and resort manager Shawn made us feel like family for a week...the service is the best I've ever experienced. From top to bottom they made our experience so memorable. And the food and drinks were awesome!!! Wish me made it for lobster festival or conch season but this just means we have to go back. Lots of wildlife around if you look for it: ocelot, snakes, frogs, giant fish watching at night in tranquility bay...what a trip!! Thanks Shawn and the whole team for making it so special.
