Well appointed and equipped. Cosy. Very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Perhaps parking, you could get blocked in.

Well equipped Comfortable Loads of space Clean Nice Xmas decorations

Dodgy steps leading to property when wet, not ground floor. The main issue is Host & Stay charging after full payment was made and will not issue key code until you pay them a cleaning/ breakage tax of £25 which is non refundable, and when complain about it they just reply with “it is in our T&Cs”. This is an underhand charge which should be made clear and paid for at the time of booking so it doesn’t catch people out

A lovely place to stay in an excellent location.

The steps up to the property are quite step. It was dark when we arrived much better once inside and we found the outside light
