Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti nella struttura, ambiente curato, camera comoda e molto pulita. Personale gentile e cordiale. Prima colazione internazionale con vasta scelta fra prodotti dolci e salati di ottima quantità.

Hotel molto pulito e moderno, camere comode e molto belle, curati anche gli spazi esterni e molto bella la terrazza dove si può fare colazione. Staff gentile e disponibile e una colazione molto ricca. Esperienza positiva e sicuramente da ripetere

Sinceramente non ho trovato punti negativi, ho avuto un ottima esperienza.

"Relax al lago"

Vista bellissima, area benessere ad uso esclusivo molto ben organizzata , piscina vista lago 🤩

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e siamo arrivati la sera molto tardi, la mattina abbiamo fatto il percorso benessere riservato e dopo avremmo voluto rilassarci in piscina e magari mangiare qualcosa al ristorante, ci è stato detto che dopo il check out si doveva pagare l’ingresso giornaliero in piscina! Tra l’altro una cifra assurda a mio avviso. Mi è dispiaciuto molto perché la struttura è molto carina e ben strutturata.

"Etablissement a éviter pour voyage en famille!"

Pour les personnes qui aiment nager , la piscine et grande et bien , mais pas pour les enfants car ils n'ont pas vraiment le droit de s'amuser (plongé, sauts etc)

Vacances gâchés malheureusement. Tout d'abord information mensongère sur les conditions d’accueil. L'établissement affiche qu'il accepte les chien . En arrivant nous somme informer que le chien n'est pas accepté au restaurant, autour de la piscine, etc. Donc le chien a accès que à la chambre et il faut payé 20€/jour. Si on voyage avec le chien , doit on l'enfermer dans la chambre? D'autre part la communication avec l'établissement est difficile car à chaque question posé il faut voir avec le Directeur. Donc rien à faire du client , c'est que l'argent qui compte. C'est une sorte de résidence pour les personnes du 3èm age, mais pas pour des voyage en famille. Quant à la chambre, les boissons chaudes sont interdites, salle de bain trop petite, douche très petite, difficilement accessible aux personne "costaux" . Petit déjeuner, très "léger " Nous avons quitter l'établissement 2 jour avant le départ prévu, car la situation due aux conditions était très pesante et malgré l’échange avec la direction aucun geste nous a pas été proposé et pour le chien nous avons du payé la totalité! C'est vraiment malhonnête!
