La piscine et son organisation

Manque d’organisation pour le petit-déjeuner. Nous avons dû placer notre couvert et notre table sur la terrasse ! Après une nuit d’orage, la salle du petit déjeuner inondée, aucune initiative pour mettre le petit déjeuner au restaurant.Nous avons attendu une heure avant de pouvoir le prendre. Le client ne doit pas avoir d’importance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HA hotel, the staff were super friendly & helpful, the hotel was extremely clean & had excellent facilities. The pool was fantastic & having access to the paddle court was a bonus. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. The view from the terrace & rooms was the icing on the cake. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable
