Tiene buena ubicación

El parqueo es limitado, estaban funcionando solo con la planta eléctrica se iba la luz te quedabas sin aire, sin luz y hasta sin agua para bajar el sanitario, no cambiaban paños pq no podían lavar, el agua de la piscina estancada, y no te dicen nada. El servicio al cliente muy mal.

El personal de limpieza no cambió toallas y falta de implementos de higiene persona.

A little pricey

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Cayuga in Puntarena , Costa Rica. The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was basic but fresh and enjoyable, and the room service was very good. The hotel is in a convenient location, especially if you are planning a trip to Turtle Island, as it is close to the port. The pool area was nice.

We booked several rooms for our group. Some of the rooms had a noticeable smoking smell, and although we asked to change them, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available at that time. Also the pool water could have been a little cleaner. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel gets very crowded on weekends, so parking spaces on the property may be limited. However, the staff will kindly help you find nearby parking locations.

Muy bueno el desayuno y el jacuzzi.

Las toallas de la habitación se veían ya muy usadas, recomendaría que ya hagan un cambio dado a que es notable que ya han sido usadas bastante. Aparte me parece que el check in a las 15hrs es muy tarde (dado a que normalmente es a las 14hrs en otros hoteles.

La habitación muy buena.

Hotel con problemas de parqueo. El desayuno no es b bueno.
