No me gusto que la habitación estuviera cerca de la piscina, el ruido es constante la gente se sienta en la puerta casí, se supone que cada habitación tiene su mesita pero la gente toma cualquiera,

Amabilidad del personal y en si las instalaciones están en muy buen estado

Que las habitaciones son muy básicas solo cuenta con cama, baño y tv listo no tienen donde acomodar unos la ropa por lo menos que tengan unas repisas para acomodar la ropa y una neverita aunque sea fue lo único que no me gusto

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Cayuga in Puerto Jiménez, Costa Rica. The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was basic but fresh and enjoyable, and the room service was very good. The hotel is in a convenient location, especially if you are planning a trip to Turtle Island, as it is close to the port. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with excellent hospitality!

We booked several rooms for our group. Some of the rooms had a noticeable smoking smell, and although we asked to change them, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available at that time. The pool area was nice, although the water could have been a little cleaner. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel gets very crowded on weekends, so parking spaces on the property may be limited. However, the staff will kindly help you find nearby parking locations.
