The Caroline

I have no idea how a place like this is even open for business and I was also sorprised that I found it listed on Orbitz. Not only the facilities are in terrible conditions, the rooms, furnitures, wall, outdoor areas but also we were left with 1 towel for 3 people and no sheets or covers for the bed for the first night even after requesting those items. I had to cover my son with the beach towels we took from home.

There is no way to say nice to anything about it! It has potential to be a wonderful, beautiful moneymaker! But it is rundown, the whole 2 rooms (they had to change our room which had NO TV!). NO TOWELS, No Bathroom paper! Refrigerators and stoves were disgusting! We could NOT take a shower because the shower drain was backed up and NO body is around to fix it! Holes on walls, missing tiles, couch disgusting that no human beings should sit on! Broken chairs, bed headboard was resting on floor! Mirrors were on top of dresser not secured! 2nd. Room TV had only 1 channel (in Spanish). Outside lights do not work at night, but they work on the day light! Only good thing about it is LOCATION and PARKING for additional $20 Dollars! Place needs to be pretty much REDONE! Disgusting bedspread, bedsheets and pillows! Broken table lamp!

Really well located , ac was working very well . But nothing else

Was so much bugs , ants , little cockroaches, no clean The front lady was nice but they are open only a few hours , late afternoon / night nobody is there for help or assistance

This was by far as the dirtiest nastiest place I have ever stayed at towels ripped off the floor. The handles in the shower all broke the shower curtain rods broke. I’m gonna send you guys pictures because I really want my money back.

The location was great however the place was awful. Used underwater found in the room. Didn’t want to sit on anything. The tv was a joke. Like a computer monitor or something. The ceiling fan had an inch thick of dust on it. Do not waste your money.

I lost my money there was no one there to check me in and were closed so I drive back home

I booked this hotel as I liked

There was mold, mildew, food, stains, dirty floors, peeling paint. The sheet was so worn out that you could see the pattern on the mattress beneath it is on the mattress, there was no mattress cover (how disgusting!) we had to leave and pay for another hotel room, and the Caroline has refused to refund us our money. I have no idea how they could possibly have gotten four stars.
