its was a horror property. we checked in from our flight had to return and only noticed tv not working clothes left on the chair . no toilet paper in the bathroom ,one bath towel and the office close .and i got to mention paying $25 per night for parking and next door their was parking for half the price. i had to pay batties for the remote and toilet paper$10 the following morning the only had a smile and moved us to another room ,asked about the money i spent and she would have to ask her boss. the worse hotel i ever stayed in and i saw guest that night waiting to check in but didnt not know that the office would be closed . i am surprised that EXPEDIA would have this hotel on its site!

The website, it appeared pretty good. Pictures tell it all. We had to ask for towels, nothing else in the room, that of a typical hotel/motel, which meant no hair dryer (had to go purchase one). It was just awful. We stayed two nights....it was a difficult two nights. The location is great, which is the only reason we didn't hassle with finding another place. DO NOT RECOMMEND Pictures - crap stacked behind the 'office'; black mold in shower; tv was a mess; phone on the wall (why?) it didn't work of course; ceiling fan above the bed-disgusting; sanitized notice--highly doubtful!

The staff was super conventions with helping us find a forgotten item and we had no idea what a happening place Hollywood beach was. This place is super close and convenient. Amenities are dated but the staff and location makes it easy to overlook this. Really enjoyed our stay!

Bathroom was dirty, tv didn’t work, super noisy, very cold even with AC off. Lights didn’t work neither, just one at the “kitchen” area. The front desk only work until certain hour. When I left, they had two citations hanging from the front desk door for having several things not safe or incomplete in front of room #5. Will not recommend if you plan to stay in your room and not touristing.

This property was a fraud. The photos were nothing like the room. Amenities listed: "On the beach". It was not on the beach - a full block away. There were live roaches running on the floor, paint was peeling off the walls, no kitchenette as in the photos, no sitting area as in the photos. Two other renters were left sitting outside at 9pm trying to check in, but no one is at the front desk after 6pm and they don't answer the phone. STAY AWAY!

Stayed in the studio suite for 3 nights. Room was very nice size, bed was comfortable, location was amazing. A few items I noted to the staff and they helped with were new towels and some dish detergent. Some other items needed attention, but I noted that as I was checking out, for future guest. Unit wasn't stocked with salt, pepper, sugar, utensils or paper towels, but I had brought some from home. Staff, both receptionist and cleaning attendant, were very nice and helped as much as they could. I'd advise to stay in the studio suite, not the regular rooms, unless you don't mind a very small room, just for sleeping and watching TV. Property may want to stock up on some items, but my experience there was a good one. I'll stay in the suite again on my next visit to Hollywood.

Only one bath towel was on bed, upon our arrival, no detergent or cleaning cloth for dishes, the used sponge was on sink. Stains were on rocking chair and other chair was broken. No tv/internet. I was told the maintenance person was sick.

It was a nice room but everything needed an update. Wall repairs need an update, air conditioner was either to cold or to warm. And the air would be directly in our faces. The light in our room would flicker on and off or just not turn on. Not the best but location was fair.
