The flat was clean, and plenty of items, eg tea/coffee milk extra

The flat was on the top floor, but advert did not say 5 flights of stairs, which was a problem for my husband who has health issues, so had to stay in flat for the duration of our stay

great location, the property was clean and tidy and well decorated and comfortable

bed in master bedroom was a little hard

warm. had essentials like tea/coffee (which I had forgot)

Bed really uncomfortable.Also lost the back of my earring in the bedroom so felt along the carpet and slightly under the bed, only to put my hand on a used plaster and bits that had not been cleaned properly. So a bit off putting!

perfect location close to everything but also far enough away from them when needed

the flights of stairs for my mother which we should have taken into account

The living space was far too small, the beds were terribly uncomfortable and the property is located on the top floor (5 flights of stairs)

everything inside the apartment was amazing we absolutely loved our stay

the stairs with a six year old and two year old where hard but that can’t be helped
