The location and sea view was lovely.

The fact there was no parking so we had to pay for daily parking, there was no lift so after a busy day those 52 steps were hard going especially with cases and bags in tow.

Clean and tidy

The stairs Bathroom to small and no hooks in bathroom to put towels

The location is amazing, stunning sea views from the master bedroom and good view of the church from the 2nd bedroom and sitting room windows! 10mins walk to Whitby Harbour area

Flat was on 5th floor, 6 flights of stairs, it was very clean but needs some basic improvements to decor, such as rub down to plaster on ceilings and repaint would make it perfect.

Key safe not clearly labelled, had to work it out from numbers on other safes. If you are not familiar with a key safe you would struggle to get in

Toilet and shower room were too small and nowhere to put toiletries

There was only 4 tea sachets and 1 toilet roll for the three day booking

A good central location with an excellent sea view.

Climbing up all those stairs. Lol! And the mattress was a little hard, we are used to a softer one.

Nice clean apartment.

Really not happy about the insurance excess you have to pay, this was not clear when booking the property and to top it off I was charge a £10 admin charge for the reimbursement. 👎

Very clean & nice decor. Lovely views. Bedrooms spacious.

Lounge area a little small for 4 adults. Bathroom very small especially when showering.
