Dust throughout - you could write name in dust on lamps in bedrooms, in dressing table drawer, wardrobe drawers and bedside drawers. All skirting boards thick with dust. Cobweb on kitchen light over sink. Hairs and dust plus pieces of paper / cellophane found on various areas on floors throughout and chair in riverside bedroom also thick with dust towards back of seat cushion, with hairs. Side tables thick with dust. Chairs and dining table had crumbs and smudges and needed wiping down. Marks in  walls in various places, from scuff marks to food stains. Stain and hair on bed sheet on riverside room. Headboard full of dust along grooves. Various dirt spot on various pillow covers. No dressing table facilities in back bedroom. No instructions for appliances. Attention should be brought in the pack to hot water notices in the cleaning cupboard in hall as guests need to know to switch hot water on in there as soon as they arrive. Microwave dirty with splashed food. Icebox needed cleaning and defrosting. Top edge of fridge door broken off. Bathroom tiles dirty in various places as was bathroom paintwork and shower smelt foisty. Grouting in shower needed cleaning and refreshing. Black mildew in several places. One of the 3 riverside bedroom windows doesn't open. Clock in lounge not work. Stool between bathroom and riverside bedroom door marked with paint and top lifts off & lower part thick with dust. Samsung channel changer right, down and enter buttons not work. Which are needed when altering audio settings on TV if hearing appliances required by guests. Had to buy one at Argos at Sainsbury's. Had to bring own DVD / CD player. Needs making clear in property information that there isnt one. Clearer instructions for key box needed as different to most eg to press button at bottom to clear previous attempts, put in number and at that point press top button down. Property Info says no lift but there is one.

Location was good and easy to commute to beach and harbour

Excellent location and property had everything needed.

Location was superb, 10-15 minute walk into the town. We would absolutely stay again.

Not received details on code for obtaining key and where to park, had to ring day before we went?
