"Great apartment for exploring York"

Close to city centre with parking. Kitchen facilities good with 2 separate nice bathrooms.

The beds were hard and the duvet didn't fit across the bed fully, so we had a tug of war with it!

"York is amazing but don’t stay here I phoned twice and got no help from hosts"

good space in a nice building.

Had no key fob for the car park , with no parking over an hour on the local roads it was not fun. Also local roads now have bollards put in so the post code doesn’t take you to the car park you can’t get in.

Clean bright modern comfortable excellent value for money would recommend

The stairs although we didn't realize there were as many stairs to get to to properly we had an elderly lady but it didn't spoil our stay

"Lovely, modern 1st floor apartment near to Yorkminster"

Great apartment, very comfy beds, very new and modern and smartly decorated and furnished.

12 emails from the hosts once I had booked made things confusing. Add in the texts with links and various emails on how to access the property - too much info, one concise email telling you all you need to know is all that is needed. Access to the property by car isn't easy as roads closed off to cars. Also night time arrival difficult with code needed for bike shed, then key box code, then building door code. Once in it is fine but overall experience of finding it and getting in weren't great....though we did arrive after dark. I didnt like paying an additional deposit of £250 after booking the property.
