Beware for hidden cost price is not showing you on Booking.com if you don't paid no key password. it call cover me you cover 250 GBP there charge you 10 GBP return to you 240 GBP.

"Lovely apartment but the agent needs to address some issues to bring it up to a high standard."

Comfortable apartment within a short walk from York centre.

4 light bulbs broken. We can see from other reviews that this has been mentioned a few times so it’s disappointing that this isn’t being addressed by the managing agent. The hall and stairs up to the living room could do with some redecoration. More specific information on how to access the car park need to be included in the information as, if you get on the wrong side of the bollards, it is a 15 minute drive to get to the other side.

"not recommended because of awful experience in self check-in and strong new house smell"

new house with good facilities and kitchen equipment. Room is big enough and quite clean.

The service manager didn't send me the detail address of the apartment and self checking process via email so I had to check with them on the phone back and forth to get the address and check-in guide when I arrived in the block. The most terrible part was I had to play the puzzle game to find the code and key in a so called bike store. Finally it took me 1 hour to enter into the house with the help from one neighbour. Is it difficult to post a sign on the wall or door to instruct the customer find the key quickly? How desprate when I was still looking for a key at 10:00pm with 2 kids and luggages! If you look for convenient and comfortable travel experience, I won't recommend this apartment despite it is quite new

"Great property in superb location but let down by lack of care an maintenance by holiday letting company."

Great location with parking just a short stroll from the centre of York. Superb for a short break with the children as so much more space than a hotel.

Not very clean (hairs all over window ledge and in bathroom), 2 of 4 bedside lights and ceiling light in dressing area not working so had to buy our own lightbulbs. Balcony doors didn’t lock so property is not secure.
