It looks exactly as pictured. Lovely space, well designed.

The beds aren't very comfortable and the pillows are awful.

Nice and spacious

Much of the kitchenware was dusty and could have done with a run I. The dishwasher.

We all loved the property. Everyone got their own bathrooms. And we loved the balcony, even though it was November/December we still managed to sit outside on the Saturday evening.

Parking permits. We were told we had to park in a local car park, and when I asked about parking permits which was mentioned in the facilities of the property I was told there wasn’t one and we’d have to stay in the car park. But then we found the parking permit on the hallway unit. This need to be explained better. I did ask to speak to a manager but got ignored on the subject!

Great little duplex apartment set in a residential block 5 minutes walk from the Minster and City centre.. We stayed as a family group for 5 nights over Christmas. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equiped for a self catering stay. Plenty of grocery, take-away, pub and restaurant opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

As mentioned by others the key collection from the bike store could have been easier. Clearer instructions with images would have prevented us searching in the dark, around the wrong bike store. We were also supplied with the incorrect door code for the communal entrance, only resolved following both text messages and a phone call.

Location and how clean it was

It was impossible to use the code lock to access the key safe. Also the door code to access the building was incorrect so we could get the keys or get into the building. We were told the code lock was tricky it wasnt it was broken. Video to prove it.

Gaining access to the bike shed to collect and deposit the property key was problematic both on arrival and departure. I think the entry code to the shed is faulty. Even the housekeeper had difficulty with this on the morning of departure.

Warm property with good facilities. Host responses quick and helpful. Central York easily accessed on foot. Private parking place.

Settee and chairs not at all comfortable. No back support, which is important to me

Location was excellent for walking about York. Quiet location. Apartment was clean and spacious.

I know not everyone wants to cook, but I was making breakfast only and there was a very small frying pan. It would be good to have hypoallergenic bedding as my son's asthma was very bad. Can't complain because we didn't advise before but thought it worth noting.
