Finding our apartment was a problem, it was pouring with rain and not very well sign posted. It was made clear about putting a ticket in the window for parking resulting in us getting a parking ticket

Location close to York city. Nicely furnished if not particularly comfortable living room furniture.

Couldn’t find the property. In the end refuse collectors helped us! New bollards making driving to the place quite tricky. Great confusion over a parking space. Yes I would be able to park; no I wouldn’t be able to park; yes I would; no I would need to go to pay and display in city!! At around £30/£40 a day! Really? Finally very helpful young woman on phone said I could park in space number 9. Didn’t know there would be stairs to property and no lift - with suitcases and we’re both in our 70’s. Why was this not made clear? Then more stairs inside property. Why was THIS not made clear.

Great location for getting into city centre. Place was super clean too!

Maybe a few extra pieces in the kitchen would have been useful - kitchen towel, sponge, that sort of thing.

Marvellous location, contemporary little flat . Clean and tidy well maintained. Great little kitchen with excellent appliances.

Mattresses and pillows and bit below par . But im fussy when it comes to sleep .

Loved the space and balcony was an added bonus.

The only down side was lack of cupboard space in the kitchen and the bed pillows were poor.

The location was great, easy to get into the city centre by walking the beautiful streets in the area. Really friendly and welcoming people. And a few little shops just around the corner so loads of convenient options to stock up available or to go out for food. I would certainly recommend staying and will be using the property next time I'm due to be staying in the area.

The property itself was great, however, due to the number of bollards blocking so many of the roads it does make it a little tricky navigate to the parking area. Parking permit was in a photo frame I walked straight past at the entrance to the apartment and the bay number is different to the appartment number. The front door for the appartment is around the corner from the car park and there isn't really a path to walk round the building or sign pointing in the direction to state the direction, although there is a grass area to walk around or out through the little gate to the path along the road and down to the next gate.

Better instructions on how to use the heating.

It was ideally situated for exploring York and the location was in a nice quiet area, so the sunny evenings spent on the balcony were very pleasant indeed.

The property was set out beautifully so there was nothing we didn’t like.
