Such a great location and nicely decorated. Host is very communicative

The direction to collect the keys weren’t the clearest in terms of where the bike shed is as there’s another outer bike shed. Also can be quite difficult to find when driving with dead end streets but this is not the hosts issue!

A Modern, clean well furnished apartment in a good location. The apartment was lovely and warm which was good after a day walking around York in -2 degrees!

Minor niggle, main light and lamp in both bedrooms not working and bedside table legs loose, things that should have been sorted by the house keeper

Very difficult to find by road because of all the restricted roads.

A cooker that was easier to use. It was too clever for a holiday let.

More detailed instructions as to how to find the entrance keys. Instructions on how to use appliances would have been helpful as not everyone has these at home. Happy with most things.

Nice and comfortable flat near the center of York. Very easy to find and there is also a place for the car which is very convenient. Arrival could be done even late thanks to the key box and indications given by the owner are very clear.

Lovely clean comfortable apartment well decorated and equipped.

It was very difficult to get the key out of the bike shed. Thankfully some neighbours explained the door is very temperamental and difficult to open. After many attempts and with their help we got in. Future guests need to be aware that it needs to attempted several times.

Decor, facilities, location close/in city centre.

Door handles a bit flimsy, locstion bit hard to pinpoint on google maps or if ordering a takeaway. Maybe would o Advise there may be an opportunity to offer some basic food/drink for an additional fee, maybe bacon, eggs, water, Nespresso pods, liquid milk.. as a convenience offer.
