Teratai Villa Canggu by Ini Vie Hospitality

Very good place! I’m recommended!!!

The villa was very clean and spacious. ALL the staff were so kind and helpful. It was in a god location and very easy to get a taxi. There is a padel place which is a 5 min walk, that was fun one evening. I highly recommend this place! Thank you :)

Otel aynı resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi. oldukça şık ve temiz bir durumdaydı. havuz çok güzeldi fakat biz temmuz ayında konaklamış olmamıza rağmen su soğuktu bu yüzden havuz ısıtılması geliştirilebilir. personel çok sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverdi. konumu oldukça iyi, canggu merkeze çok yakın. motor taksi çağırdığımızda hep 2 dakika içinde geldi. bize havaalanı transfer imkanı da sundular ve bu işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. geceleri gecko sesleri duyduk ve çok tatlıydı. bu Bali için oldukça sıradan bir durumdur.

kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi. ortalamanın altındaydı diyebilirim. ek ücret ödeyerek masaj aldık fakat gerçekten çok kötüydü, Türkiye'de bile daha iyi Bali masajları yaptırdığımı söyleyebilirim.

Staff are very nice and Friendly. Oko the Manager is very good guy and accomodating.

Kitchen is name sake with 2 pans. no dishwashing liquid had to ask. no microwave. had to ask for beach towels. hot water finishes up fast, cant fill bathtub. smell of drains at the property (see the pictures). they dont refill the toiletries. yes we stayed for a week and had to ask them to do it. towels needs an overhaul, they are done. Chairs are mouldy.

We had a perfect stay at Teratai Villa! The room was very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed — the best one we stayed in during our trip to Bali. The bathtub flower decoration was amazing. Staff were always smiling, helpful, and available via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended!

The cultural experience at Teratai villas left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful thanks to Cindy and Risma and other staff members. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.It is situated in a good area with markets and restaurants close by in Canggu. The rooms were clean and has housekeeping as-well as a turn down service everyday and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Canggu. The breakfast was so delicious and it was amazing having to spend afternoon tea with my family . They provide transport to other areas aswell as great spa options . The ladies were so accommodating and really ensured we had a remarkable stay. Everyone was always so happy . I wish I could rate this accommodation and staff a 100/10 .Definitely recommend!!!oh my goodness , we loved this place .
