Everything was excellent. The best place to stay in Canggu. The food was amazing, the staff were so nice and helpful, and the villa itself was so comfortable!

Everything! Beautiful big clean villa. Staff were fabulous- so helpful and accommodating. I had a wonderful stay and felt completely safe as a solo female traveller. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back :)

The breakfast was good, with solid portion sizes and plenty of choice. There are many healthy and comfort food options to suit anyone's needs.

Pillows were quite large and bulky, which could have been better.

We had a pleasant stay at the villa. From the time we arrived till checkout the stay has been an amazing and memorable one. Brought our two kids and they had a blast. The villa was clean, and well maintained. Took the two bedroom and it was huge! The e-butler was very helpful. The staff answered all our query promptly. In fact all our needs were answered and attended straightaway. My son and I had food poisoning on the 3rd day and we have to thank Cindy and her colleague for being super attentive and caring. Not only she understands the situation, she used her situational awareness to assess what and when is the best time to assist and checked on us. Knowing that we declined breakfast, she offered to heat up our meals and even offered to bring porridge instead for us. She also offered to extend our checkout time knowing we are still recovering and we have kids too. We are grateful and thankful for the warm hospitality. The team has been understanding and caring throughout our stay. Will definitely make a return to the villa!

There was a miscommunication between booking.com and the villa. I chose to pay upon checking in , however I was asked to make full payment prior to the stay. After the full payment my status on booking.com was still pending. I was asked to make payment by certain date and if I fail to do so, the reservation will be cancelled. I was so confused and the finance department of the villa took a while to confirm my payment . That makes me even more confused of my status.

The villa was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful, food was good. Cindy at reception was excellent and very helpful.

Loved the villa, perfect for a couple. Stayed only two nights, but facilities are perfect for staying longer (kitchenette, study room). Really quiet environment.
