Almost cancelled the booking for this amazing property due to payment issue with their central reservations. Beautiful luxurious villas, huge space, private pool, in room spa, and etc, you ask for it and you get it. Location is near to everything and in very peaceful area. Kudos to MS. CINDY an amazing front office agent who welcome us at teratai with her radiant smile. She always went extra mile to get the things done, whether its spa or breakfast or any other request .she left no stone unturned. Thanks for sending extra croissants every time, We would like to thank Cindy and her team for their effort to make our stay simply perfect.

Great staff, very friendly & helpful. The property is very well managed. Overall great experience.

I wasn’t a big fan of the food menu. Please include some more options and cuisines. Maybe some Indian options. I love the waffles though.
