The Woodside

This is our third stay at the woodside and we have loved every visit, it is a lovely modern well maintained hotel with excellent staff.

Pro's - staff were extremely helpful and the food was exceptional. Nice modern look to the whole building with great paintings. Con's - being above the bar you hear the music bumping until 11pm and this started again at 8:15am for breakfast. Not ideal for anyone stopping by on a journey and needing an early night or light sleepers. A mini fridge would have been useful as well. We would return for food 100% but I dont think we would be staying again.

Nice wee hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy and perfect for our needs for the duration. Food was also very good dinner and breakfast.

As soon as we went to check in we were given a free upgrade. Great start! The room and en-suite bathroom were spotless. The bed and pillows comfortable. We had a lovely meal. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be staying at Woodside again.

Excellent stay. We would highly recommend this establishment. All of the staff were both friendly hsrd working & displayed effective customer service.
