The Woodside

Cozy little inn with stylish rooms and a nice bar and restaurant. We enjoyed drinks and snacks at the bar before dinner. If you go on a Sunday please get the Roast! It was delicious as were all the other dishes. You can order off the menu for breakfast. Only downside is there is no elevator so if your bags are heavy be prepared to lug them up the stairs. Was a great stay all in all! Thank you

We got here earlier than check-in and they were ready for us. Put my head on the pillow intending to go to Stirling Castle and fell asleep! So comfortable! Went downstairs and had delicious dinner and sticky toffee pudding for dessert! The staff were so sweet and welcoming! Loved everything about this stay! And free menu breakfast options and scones and cappuccinos! Best inn on our trip!!

What a find. Lovely hotel, fabulously comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Evening menu is small but perfectly formed with quality, delicious options. Have to thank Stephanie for her attentiveness and service, really makes a difference, great asset to the business. Will definitely stay again amd can't recommend enough.

Amazing free breakfast. Best Scottish breakfast we have had! Room had everything we could ask for. Stocked with complementary water and snacks. Bed was the perfect size. Would definitely stay again when traveling to Doune.

Room was perfect. Dinner was mediocre and service was very unimpressive. Breakfast was terrific and service by "solo" individual was excellent- she needed some help.

Lovely hotel, our room was fabulous, tastefully decorated with thought about and loved furniture. Breakfasts were delicious.

A real gem of a hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Don't miss the breakfast. Everything about our stay was great. The favorite hotel on our trip.
