Great breakfast and staff. The room could do with Aircon but a perfect place to stay

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were fab!

The pub/hotel was lovely for an overnight stop on our way north. Room and bathroom were modern & spotless.Food was good, staff are lovely. The only problem overnight was the proximity to a busy A road, the noise only died down between 1am-5am so bring some ear plugs 😀.

The people were nice and friendly. Breakfast was great, and we slept well. We could see why this place has such great reviews! They go above and beyond - really exceptional service and your choice of a hot breakfast menu with all the extras. They really go the extra mile where hospitality is concerned!! We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Clean well maintained room, but very small, there was nowhere to put anything and i felt quite claustrophobic. Would not have wanted to stay more than one night.

It was very good , friendly staff good breakfast nice atmosphere.

Great location, walkable to Duone castle and trails. Food for dinner and breakfast was excellent. East parking, east to navigate too off motorway

Ticked all the boxes. Welcoming and friendly staff. Good food and well appointed room.

The Woodside is a very attractive property with comfortable, clean rooms and the staff is friendly and helpful, I did not dine at the hotel, but the restaurant looked inviting.
