Tout le personnel au restaurant est très serviable et professionnel. Certains ne parlent ni français ni anglais, la communication est donc parfois difficile même s'il y a toujours quelqu'un pour prendre la relève. Une formation, a minima en anglais serait certainement judicieuse pour une communication fluide.

Observations , staff are very friendly and are keen to help always. We had a late arrival to hotel, we were giving a drink, we checked in , but was given the wrong room type, we only realised once we were taken to our room, we had actually booked a suite , this was rectified on the day. We got to our suite there was a sofa bed in the lounge area which had been made into a bed, as there are just the 2 of us this was not really required. Our bathroom shower drain was blocked and the hot water was discoloured , I took a picture of this to show reception again they were prompt at getting this resolved. The main restaurant has a reasonable selection of food, but if there is high turnover of people in the hotel then the selection can be quite scarce. Facilities like the spa is very good value and a gym with enough equipment to have a decent work out. There are things this hotel can improve on in order to call itself a 5 star hotel, I would say currently it’s probably a 3 star but with improvements like given more choice of restaurant and maybe do more snacks like ice cream and crepes for the kids the vibe restaurant should have more choice of food during the day night time entertainment is ok but again we noted a nice pub that only opened when the champions league final was on , after this was closed Also train the staff making cocktails so that the cocktails are actually what you have asked for, most of the time the staff were improvising, these are just a few things we noted but on the whole really enjoyed our stay here

The room and the food are exceptional. The staff memebers are very welcoming and the sea view is amazing. They upgraded our meal plan without a fee and we regretted not staying longer.
