Excellent Hotel! For the price you pay and the service you recieve is excellent. Great choice of food as not just your typical buffet style. There are other options at the snack bar and al la carte restraunts on site. Entertainment is great and lots going on an excellent team that really look after you and make you feel welcome. Excellent facilities and excellent location.

Here now last day before we go home tomorrow. Had a great time. Room is absolutely stunning and spotless bed comfortable and netflix on tv..food is good even for fussy eaters aswell always something to eat. All staff from reception, house keeping, bar staff and restaurant staff have all been friendly and happy to help. Pools fabulous and the pool bar staff especially Ghazi big shout out to him nothing was ever to much, we didn't have to move from the sun lounges or pool all day he made sure to keep the drinks flowing always happy and chatting brilliant member of the team.

I did not feel like giving a review but since my mail box is spammed and harassed by this hotel asking me to give them a review, and they even had the audacity to call me on my personal number 1 week AFTER my stay (I have an EU number , btw), here we go. What I liked was FOOD and the choice of food for all three meals, especially dinner. Also reception staff was very kind and professional. Rooms were good.

STAFF - nosy, annoying, pushy. Asking me personal questions while I was having my meals, bothering me while I am just chilling and minding my own business by the pool. One of them was bold enough to give me an attitude and tell me how they have to ask me all this stuff and that its part of their job. Can't remember their names because I didn't bother enough to do that but they were all men. Female staff and the staff at the reception was great. POOL - Atmosphere by the pool was trashy. Maybe good for 2-star hotel, but this is 5 star hotel and it feels like half star hotel. LOCATION - surrounded by dirty roads and one petrol station. HOUSEKEEPING - I swear housekeeping was entering our room every 15 minutes, annoying housemaid cleaning the room despite us being there or no. Misplacing our stuff. We gave her a small tip hoping that will calm her and keep her away but she only started being more annoying. She was asking my triend, who was laying on bed and chilling in the phonec, to rate her on tripadvisor.
