Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Skanes Monastir . The room was clean comfortable and well maintained and the facilities were excellent. The location was convenient and most of the staff were professional friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall the hotel provided a pleasant and relaxing experience and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately I did have one negative experience that affected my impression. The receptionist bechir repeatedly asked for my Instagram account which made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. I believe hotel staff should maintain professional boundaries with guests so I hope management addresses this issue to ensure all visitors feel respected during their stay.

Very friendly and helpful Staff.. In particular Ghazi from the pool bar was very attentive and always at hand with drinks and a smile.. Food was fantastic and the room was great.. The entertainment team were very friendly and welcoming.

The staff are lovely and really welcoming, always take the time to check in on you. The entertainment is really good. The hotel room is lovely, clean and spacious.

We recently stayed at Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort and had a fantastic holiday overall. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome. The gentleman at reception, who I believe was called Jihed, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Whether we had questions needed assistance, or wanted to exchange money he was always happy to help and made us feel very welcome. We were shown to our room, which was lovely, clean, spacious, and modern The food was amazing. At every breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there was plenty of choice and I never struggled to find something I enjoyed. It's genuinely the best all inclusive hotel I've stayed at. I'd also like to mention the lady who makes the crepes at breakfast. I didn't catch her name but she was always smiling incredibly friendly and a pleasure to see each morning. The majority of the staff were also very friendly and helpful, although there were a small handful of kitchen staff who weren't quite as welcoming. The pools and beach were excellent. Having both a saltwater pool and a chlorine pool was great as it gave guests a choice. The beach is beautiful with incredibly soft sand and the lifeguards were excellent especially the supervisor, who I believe was called Bassem. What really made our holiday, was the entertainment team. Everyone was fantastic, but a special mention has to go to Sam and Yaya. They honestly made our holiday. They were always happy, energetic, and made a real effort to get everyone involved in the activities. They are a huge credit to the hotel if they're still there we will return in September and definitely be back. There were a couple of minor negatives. The hotel seems to cater mainly to French guests, which is absolutely fine, but at times it felt as though French guests received more attention. For example, around the pool, staff regularly came over to offer drinks to French-speaking guests, while we were never approached. This may not have been intentional, but it was something we noticed during our stay. We also had to contact reception on a few occasions regarding our room not being cleaned. However, each time the issue was dealt with quickly and professionally, so I can't fault the way it was handled. I would describe this as more of a relaxing hotel. There isn't a huge amount within walking distance, but taxis are readily available and within 10–15 minutes you can reach plenty of shops, attractions, and excursions. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort. The food, facilities, beach, and especially the entertainment team made this a holiday to remember, and we look forward to returning.

My wife and I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with excellent facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The beach, pools, restaurants, and overall resort experience exceeded our expectations. As Hilton Honors Gold members, we felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Tunisia and look forward to returning in the future.

The sand is beautiful also the sea. We like the room, the food is great.

We had a great week here with our 2 and 6 year olds. Room - clean, spacious and airy. Room 228 had a great sea view and is good for families. Food was lovely, a little limited for children but it is what it is. The included A La Carte restaurant was a bit disappointing but not a big deal. Pools were fab and the kids slides were open (last week of May) despite TUI website saying they open 1st June. Kids Club - very basic but fine for half an hour/an hour a day for our 6 year old. The mini disco was a highlight for both our kids! Evening entertainment - This is something I really think the Hotel could up its game on, definetely not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. Spa - Had a lovely afternoon here. Overall a great hotel, we had a great time and made lots of great memories.
