Cosy Stay In Birmingham by Villazu

The apartment was very clean and trendy. The bedrooms where very tidy and beds were very comfortable.

Only thing that I would complain about it’s that in both bathrooms there was only one roll of toilet roll for a group of 8 people but everything else was great.

The bed was comfortable.

On arrival at our check-in time. We were delayed for 3 hrs. Many of the electric points an cables were unsafe. Many unfinished things. They offered us a free meal to compensate us. Then have taken it out of our deposit. The location was supposed to be on the quayside. But intact was in an estate. Nothing like what it said on the advertisement. I'm really unhappy 🙁 It was a surprise for my girlfriend which was massively tainted from the start . Please tell me how I can take this further Also the garden was completely full of building waste

The location was good the area was nice and quiet the owner and his staff were very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us.

It is a small point but the boiler was broke and we had no heating but the owner went out and bought new radiators for every room.also we didn't have any hot water in the morning.

Good value for money. Very comfy bed and pillows slept very well. Snacks for breakfast were very appreciated. Good communication from owner when had a question/issue.

Could have used tea and coffee. Location is not close to shops and not all food delivery companies will deliver to that area.
