"The cost was too much for what you got."

the bed was really comfortable.

on description it says toiletries supplied all there was was hand soap which was watered down.Shower ok but water doesn’t drain away quickly so floor wet for quiet a long time. tea and coffee available but no milk. Fridge had a half finished bottle lemonade in it. Back courtyard a mess and no key to get out anyway. The area is not nice walked through and felt on edge. we left as soon as possible.

Parking was great, beds were really comfortable, nice touch having tea and coffee left, hosts very quick to respond to our questions.

A little noisy from people in flat above us. TV instructions would have helped as no terrestrial channel’s available- however once worked it out had an amazing choice of channels. Oven not clean but everywhere else clean and well equipped.

"Lovely apartment at great value"

We booked this apartment for a one night stay. The apartment was gorgeous and finished to a very high standard. It was well decorated and fully kitted out with a full sized fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and flat screen TV - you could easily stay for much longer. The bed was super comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay - which we feel was great value.

When we arrived, the code for the door wasn't working - despite arranging an early check in. It took around 15 minutes to get a new code which was frustrating after a 3 hour journey. This was, however, rectified and once in we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It would have been even better if we'd had access to the garden too.

This flat is in a very depressed area and we did not feel safe so we did not stay. We tried to cancel our reservation, but the owner advised that we should have checked out the area online before we booked the flat. This was our first negative experience, and I've been using Booking.com for many years.
