Cosy Stay In Birmingham by Villazu

Refund my money back thiefs, you made me pay without telling me I had to make extra deposit and have decided not to Refund me back. Unfair

The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. Good range of facilities.

Noisy, you could hear everything as the walls are paper thin. The boiler wasn't working which meant there was no hot water available through the taps. When we text the owner to ask for help our message was ignored. Shower was ok as this was electric. The three of us ended up having to sleep on the sofa bed due to there being no blind or curtain on the back door in the bedroom. This meant the room was very light in the evening and would have woken us very early. Thankfully we had brought our portable black out blind which we used in the living room. It was fine for one night but we wouldn't choose to return, we felt it was overpriced for what it was at £170 for one night.

Well kept accommodation

The communication with owner was impecable. The bed was do comfy, we slept really well on it.

quite small ,couch seen better days ,TV with no channels and no wifi (you have to pay for it extra )rear garden door doesnt lock first time in my life i saw in 1sqm toilet with shower on top of it ) (actually quite funny:) think cleaners do min work there ,dust and hair on floor in "toilet/shower"

Clean and comfy.

The environment was clean and presentable.

Nothing.

The properly was a nice small cosey setup, all the things you need when travelling with little ones.

General cleanliness wasn’t good, bed side table was caked in dusted. Sofa bed bedding and pillows had hairs and dirt on them.

Can hear a lot of noise either from above or next door
