my colleague was burnt due to a broken shower head, this was reported with an image sent the host showed no concern and did not respond - a guest was seriously harmed and there was no accountability. not acceptable health and safety standards

The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me!

I've still not recieved the 300 pound security deposit they made me send, and they are ignoring my messages and my calls now after telling me I will be receiving my money back, they also was calling my phone at half 1 in the morning the night it was booked for as their Internet wasn't working in the house, I would not stay here again, awful hospitality.
