I booked a 2 night stay at this property. The noise from upstairs was loud, I could hear all night the doors opening and closing. I travelled with my husband, 6 month old baby and 2 year old toddler upon arriving i needed to bath the kids, the water was SO cold, it didn't turn warm! I tried contacting the manager but was told they would arrive the following day to check but didn't come! I had to leave the property because it was not suitable for my children and did NOT receive a refund for not staying the rest of the stay. I've been continuously told I will be contacted but have not heard anything. Absolute waste of money, I do NOT recommend anyone staying here especially with kids or a family. Furthermore, as the facilities were not even working, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Poor customer service. No refund was issued let alone someone contacting me to check in. Do NOT stay here.

The company have charged me and wasn't there to give me my keys despite me doing everything they requested. I gave them £300 deposit which i have since claimed back but they haven't refunded me for the room itself despite a numbers of messages by myself

Tidy place. Limited size but creative use of space. Staff responsive when contacted. Also complimentary water was provided

A bath mat would be useful in the bathroom. The layout of the living area and kitchen.
