Unsecured back door. Unable to lock. Poor customer service and no return phone call to resolve this which resulted in needing to book somewhere else. Owner/rental management company denies this. Refund denied on this basis. AVOID booking this.

We liked that there was parking available and the hosts were very responsive and anytime I asked a question or made a request they were quick and very helpful. This was really appreciated. Beds were very comfy and linens were clean. Property was a good size to accomodate our group of 8 people.

No locks on the bathroom doors which we found quite odd. The toilet inside the room would make a loud noise when turning on the switch outside the door which meant we had to use our phone flashlight to use this toilet at night.

Place was clean, staff responded fast to messages

Very few cooking equipment for a 3 bed flat. There was no hot water, only 1 shower had hot water, issue was not resolved until we left.
