"Showers not working - No hot water"

Terrible stay, the place smelt, the hot water and showers weren’t working, tried calling them 10 times but no one answered the phone or WhatsApp, they asked me to send a video of the showers which I did and confirmed that’s they could see in the video it wasn’t working and said they would send an engineer to fix it but no one turned up, said they would give compensation but nothing has been given and they are not responding to messages after now claiming the showers work fine with no proof

Great base for exploring Birmingham, convenient for public transport (although the bus does stop at midnight on Saturday!) Comfortable, if basic - the one recommendation I'd make to the owners is to get a curtain for the back door, as you do get woken up by the sun in the morning

Outstanding apartment, excellent value for money, absolutely faultless. And if you're looking for a takeaway we had 1 from Asim pizza house which was nearly as good as the apartment!!
