The beds were comfortable!The blankets were awesome!

The hot water in the bathroom was not working properly.Either freezing cold or burning hot.

Having a code to get in was really good. Free parking on the driveway - thank you A slightly odd area to stay in but very convenient for the hospital and 1/2hr walk to city centre The canal and parks nearby would be great for children/dogs/walks Felt cold on arrival but warmed up very quickly with the heating on and stayed warm I didn't use the kitchen etc but it looked very well stocked with plates/cups etc. There was also milk and coffee Towels were provided - these were good quality Bed was very comfortable - but is a small double so best for one person Company were VERY easy to deal with in terms of deposit - it was refunded the same day as check out - thank you

The outdoor space is undergoing improvements - would be good to use it The back door (bedroom) could do with a black out blind I am not a fan of wet rooms - the bathroom gets very wet when having a shower which then makes it difficult to go back in to use the sink etc but there is a lack of space for alternative (unless extend to where the large fridge is??)

noisy neighbours could sleep at night, very slow shower, rubbish thrown in front of the house.

the dislike is not for the property and company! just the next door customer very noisy! until around 3:00am still noisy! absolutely made us not slept well.

The property is not as shown in pictures, all the cupboards and draws were not structurally strong. the rooms are not soundproofed. Initially there was no towels and utensils, however upon requesting the property manager bring those on next day. not worth for money
