Vang Vieng Garden Resort

The staff were friendly. They were helpful with booking our onward travel and a scooter while we were there.

The accommodation is undergoing construction to build a swimming pool - we booked this hotel thinking there would be a pool at the hotel to use. Our room on arrival was dirty in places and the sheets were stained. The bed was really creaky. Breakfast was disappointing with instant coffee sachets and very oily food. The accommodation is far from the centre, you have to walk for around 20 minutes along roads to get to the main centre. We rented a scooter from the accomodation and left passport as deposit. Later that evening we came back to see all passports just on the side at reception for anyone to grab and no one was at reception at the time.

Owner was lovely, good value for money. Will be really nice once pool is complete.

Moved here after staying 2 nights at another hotel. Ready enjoyed our time and extended to stay 3 more nights. Beautiful clean big room with private bathroom with hot shower, free breakfast and wifi works very well. Can use the swimming pool at the resort opposite since their pool will be finished in a few days. Highly recommend this place.

The room was super clean and the building itself was lovely. The bed was big and comfortable and the shower was really nice. There was a good view of all the mountains surrounding the area. Mrs Spring, who runs the hotel, was an incredibly kind and helpful lady and I can’t sing her praises enough.

It’s not a dislike as such, but the pool wasn’t finished yet. The pool is being built and once finished the place will be a total 10/10.

Away from noisy Vangvieng. About 2 kms from the centre but it has a swimming pool, space for you to park your car too. We got a free upgrade to the nicer room even we chose the cheapest room. Ms Spring was amazing who helped to give great advices about local tours and visa to Vietnam. We also got a great deal for traveling to Hanoi since they also have a hotel sustem in Vietnam. Highly recommend this place. Nothing is difficult for them. They could help with any question you might have. Text me a message if you still wonder. Really nice place. Give you a trial

Spring (host) was incredibly helpful and exceeded the expectations of a host. She made us feel very welcome. It was very easy to book tours and transport from the hotel. All facilities in our room worked without any issues.

It’s a bit of a walk into town, although this property is exactly in between the 2 main streets. Scooters are ready for rent from the property if you don’t wish to walk. Pool is still undergoing construction, but should be ready for use very soon!

New, big and clean room with everything you need (A/C, private bathroom, hote shower, towels, soap, kettle, in room complimentary bottled water). Great mountain views where you can also enjoy the beauty of hot air balloons coming arround each afternoon, fantastic shower and comfortable King sized bed
