Vang Vieng Garden Resort

Got an amazing experience at Vang Vieng Garden Resort in Vang Vieng, Laos. The view was amazing. The staff was realyyy Nice also. Everything was super clean. And miss Spring is the best!!!! If you go to Vang Vieng, go to Garden! It is not far From the centre, so you can enjoy the nightlife!! And the beautifull lagoons

booked deluxe room with Mountain View, but no fridge and no television, airconditioning malfunctioned and pool still under construction. staff not very helpful and only interested in fees and money.

Beautiful clean room. A pool is being built which will improve the view. The breakfast included was very nice. The staff were very friendly.

Everything was good and the hotel is new. The swimming pool will be finished soon. At the moment we could use the pool at the resort opposite which is nice too. We stayed there for 4 nights altogether.

The photos show on page are totally different.They use another hotels photo.The facility is very basic.No towel and toilet paper should ask for.The worst thing is the bed and metress are bad quality once you move with noise and not stable it's not comfortable at all.Really have no idea how they running hotel like this.

We had an excellent stay here and highly recommend this hotel to every one coming to Vang Vieng. It takes about 10 minutes walk to the centre but you can rent a motobike here with reasonable price. The staffs also helped to book us on hot air balloon flight which was amazing - a must see in Vang Vieng

pool isn’t finished, hardly ever anyone on reception, no new towels/ bed change/ bin change/ toilet paper throughout whole stay despite us asking

The room was so nice! Large, clean, comfortable and such a good price! The hotel feels brand new and the breakfast is very tasty. However, what I loved the most is the kindness and hospitality from the hotel manager Mrs. Spring (as well as the other staff). She greeted me by name when I arrived and made me feel so welcome. She helped arrange anything I needed from scooter rentals to bus tickets, and gave me recommendations in town. She even personally messaged me when I was sick to check in and see how I was feeling. Despite it being a little far from the city center I 100% recommend staying here.

About a 20 minute walk into town so I found it helpful to rent a scooter.

The staff was accommodating. We are touring cyclists. They kept our bicycles safe. When we need to help, they helped us a lot. They have laundry service. It was excellent and fast. The hotel's location is a bit out of town but it is not a problem. 10 minutes by walking. The town centre was loud, but the hotel was quiet and comfortable. We love it.
