"Friendly"

The location was really nice with a mountain view and also great spot to watch the air balloons. The staff were all so lovely and really made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting vang vieng

Not much to dislike as it was very worth the money.

"Amazing, we would stay there again."

Our stay here was great, it fully exceeded our expectations. Our host, Miss Spring, was amazing in every way - she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our needs were met in every way. She was friendly, great to talk to and organised the things we needed and wanted from our visit. We would definitely stay there again!

Honestly, the hotel is undergoing some construction - there's nothing that can be done about that until it's complete. I can imagine once it's finished this hotel will become the best in the town.

"Better go somewhere else"

This was a bed and A/C to spend the night. Lower your expectations, that is pretty much it.

This is a construction site. Pool is a few months away from being finished. Cables were showing up from a few places in the room. We found personal articles from previous guests in our room. Toiletries came from different hotels, bottle of water was already opened, etc. No pool, no facilities, no TV (I don't care, but it was advertised?), fridge was there with no power point to connect to....🤷🏽‍♂️ Booked a room with balcony and view to Mountains, got an inside looking room, no balcony. Those with balcony, it is more of a common verandah on the building. If looking to upgrade from bunk bed hostels, then maybe consider this place. I would not not recommend this place.

"Comfortable, awesome view, made welcome by Spring."

Spring the hostess, the best Hospitality experience I have had in Laos and Thailand combined. Old school Hospitality which I haven't seen in a very long time. Spring also saved me from having to take a 5 hour drive back to LP, she arranged a train ticket when several other places I tried couldn't, Thank you so much. Warm and Friendly experience.
