"Incredible views, direct beach access, wonderful staff"

Location and views are amazing. The beach is so close and the view from room is incredible. Big shoutout to Amanda, the lovely Balinese spa therapist, had an amazing 90 min massage. Nikanga, the lovely property manager, took great care of us and arranged for a thoughtful “happy anniversary cake” in the room that he ensured was dairy free to suit our food sensitivity. Staff in general were very nice and helpful.

The food in general could use some improvement. It’s not in any way bad, just could be better, compared to other similar hotels we’ve stayed at.

We liked the peacefulness and the quietness of this property. We certainly came away very relaxed. The food was exceptional offering courses with a Sri Lankan touch. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a great 4 night stay at Ahu Bay. It was nice that Nilanga messaged ahead to discuss arrival time. Having a room right on the beach was a real treat and the private pool was kept spotless by the team. The team couldn’t do more for us during our stay, making adjustments to cocktails to suit ours tastes. We ate at hotel twice and both times really enjoyed the dishes we tried, it’s clear there’s a talented chef in the kitchen!
