Valtur Cervinia Cristallo Ski Resort

Just returned from a week at the Valtur Cristallo Hotel is fantastic food and restaurants were 1st class,Ski room and ski hire also 1st class and at a very good price, location is out of town but shuttle service is constant thru the day until 7pm only ever waited 5mins max .Rooms great size with great facilities although to hot on a night even without radiator on ,Man on the experience desk to buy lift passes was rude and felt he had to raise his voice other than that would highly recommend and would return.

Muy lindo, con cceso a pista roja con carpet. El personal muy amable y atento, en especial Adela en el restaurante y Lucía en la recepción solucionando cualquier consulta.

Amazing food with 3 choices restaurants, fantastic staff. Shuttle service very prompt. My only reservation is cost of drinks are very high. Entertainment very professional.

We had a fantastic stay at Valtur Cristallo and may I say the staff at their Gou restaurant was fabulous, especially Matteo and chef Antonio. Every dinner was a delicious creation complimented by their great wine selection and their service staff We highly recommend booking Gou for your diners

great service on every level. buffet is top. the limitations for the spa are actually great as it allows for less crowds and can enjoy it more. indoor parking, shuttles run every 2 minutes, help regarding taxi bookings and info available at anytime

Had a week skiing at the Valthur. The rooms are excellent and the property throughout is of a high standard. It is just outside the village but the frequent free shuttle bus is excellent and I never had to wait more than 2/3 minutes. The bar area is very comfortable but prices for drinks can be quite high. The complimentary 4pm daily snacks and finger buffet is excellent albeit carb heavy and no non gluten options although these could be requested from the staff. The ski and boot room was good but does get busy at peak periods. This is an excellent hotel but the real difference is the quality of staff particularly in the restaurant. Not only is the food excellent at both the breakfast and dinner but the restaurant staff go out of their way to get to know you and make your stay as memorable as possible with their friendly hospitality. In particular I would mention Giuseppe who was incredible throughout and a credit to the hotel and similarly the front of house Valentina, Erini, Nellie & a lovely Iranian lady whose name I don’t catch all of whom were tremendous all week. Lastly the waiting staff were very attentive during the week but special thanks to Vane a waitress for great service. I would thoroughly recommend Valthur Cristallo for a vacation.
