Loved everything- location, people, bar, breakfast, room - but best of all the staff who were all lovely. Special shout out to guest relations Lorenzo who was charming and yes Lorenzo Italy did beat Scotland in the Rugby!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service from the moment we stepped out of the transfer bus!! I am severely gluten intolerant and they couldn't have done better to cater for me! Even the pizzeria which u can eat in inclusive of your board if you are half board did amazing gluten free pizzas. The restaurant manager- Antonio was AMAZING!! Always making sure I had a great selection of food and suggesting dishes which were good. The food was amazing whether you have allergies or not!! Room service come by in the evening g as well as morning to ask if you need anything!! The ski lockers are heated and very modern! The swimming pool is lovely! The shuttle service brilliant!! The rooms were modern comfortable and well stocked!! The only down side i would say is that a glass of wine was small and expensive! But I cannot find any other thing to criticise!

I always look at price versus quality. Hotel was worth his 5 stars. But I expected somewhat more. 2 examples. You had to ‘book’ sauna. We didn’t know this so the first evening no sauna. The day after they told us you can only book it for one hour… and after one hour they asked us to leave… whether you communicate better or you make the sauna in line with the size of the hotel. If you’ve space for a 25m pool (outside sauna)… why don’t you invest in a ‘bigger’ sauna, which was compared with similar hotels in Austria very small (and clothes on). 2nd example was the rental of the skies. The first day we had to wait 2 Hr before we got our ski’s. Extremely slow. We entered our data at 9am and received our material at 11am. Breakfast, sweets and snacks at 4pm were excellent. Service as well. 5 star service.

Great food and spa, very good service. The transport service is convenient. The staff is great. A little WiFi problems .

On our last night there was the birthday of one of our college and the staff ruined our surprise by coming to our table and not been discreet.

I stayed here for a week from the 18-25th it is a fabulous hotel all the staff were polite and friendly and very welcoming a great location with a bubbly atmosphere and great value for money the doorman was very charming Xx

Искам да изразя огромното си разочарование от няколко неща: 1.Отоплението в стаите не работи в периода от 8.30 до 17.30 и става студено.Не намирам за нормално в 5-звезден хотел да се изключва отоплението за толкова дълъг интервал през деня. Не всички гости на хотела карат ски извън хотела през този период... 2. Спа център - несъответстващ на броя на гостите в хотела. Три дни се опитвахме да използваме услугите му безуспешно, първите 2 дни дори без резервация успяхме да влезем за около 15 минути с огромно чакане за зоните. За третия имахме резервация със семейството ми и когато отидохме в уговорения час се оказа, че отново е пълен и е невъзможно да го използваме спокойно и с основна цел Релакс. Разбира се, деца не се допускат в спа центъра, но където това е позволено - зоната на басейна е СТУДЕНА! Получихме много арогантно и неотговарящо на претенциите на хотела отношение от управителя на място. 3. Ресторант на шведска маса - храната определено не е приемлива за 5-звезден хотел, замразени полуфабрикати, задушени зеленчуци на 3 дни, безвкусно месо, сушени колбаси и десерти като в третокласна сладкарница. Голяма част от предлаганата храна се повтаря на закуска и вечеря...

Excellent massage. I have massages weekly and I can honestly say that Laura did the best massage I have had in a very long time. Brava Laura from Sicily!
