Valtur Cervinia Cristallo Ski Resort

The rooms were very clean and spacious; the buffet breakfast was excellent

Each staff desk appeared to have different defined areas which could not help with the other. For example the reception desk could not tell you about the ski or shuttle service; the experience desk could not book the spa. That makes for a frustrating customer experience. When trying to contact the hotel from the village after 7pm to order the shuttle, the hotel number went to an automated answering machine. No way of contacting them. On return to the hotel via another hotel’s shuttle service (and several €€ later) the “experience desk” said we should have called them directly. We were never told this or provided with a specific number to call the on before this. Lastly, but the biggest irritant of the whole stay, was the issues in the buffet restaurant at night. The staff were very pleasant but poorly trained. Plates were removed before you were finished, mid bite at times! Everything was a big rush as if they were trying to move you on as quick as possible. The urgency at which you were expected to pay for wine made you feel like they feared you were going to try and do a runner! Very uncomfortable and definitely not a 5 star experience in the restaurant.

I would like to leave my review of the restaurant at the hotel called Gou. Very tasty food, every dish rated 10 out of 10, cool food presentation, service, and atmosphere!

Υπήρξαν επιπλέον χρεώσεις από το ξενοδοχείο που θα πρέπει να προβλεφθούν....!. Με την κράτηση της booking δεν καλύπτεται το κόστος διαμονής ,το ξενοδοχείο προσθέτει επιπλέον ανεξήγητες χρέωσης....!!

Very good hotel We had fun and we love the workers there and the parties, especially francesca The hotel is also right at the end of a slope so its great , and ski rental is comfortable and easy

Very thin walls so bedrooms are noisey. You can hear every footstep from rooms next door and in corridors. Why do guests slam the doors too. Such a shame as it could be a great hotel

We went to the hotel for 1 week and overall it was really good experience . The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and big enough for ski holiday. Breakfast selection was good and we also really enjoyed open buffet for dinner. They are also offering apres ski buffet where you can find snacks which was good as well. From our entrance till we leave the hotel, everyone was helpful in the hotel. We had 1 hour free spa access where can benefit from sauna, steam room, swimming pool , the only point is you need to reserve 1 day in advance to secure your spot which is understandable to not overcrowded the area. There was live music every night and we had chance to see a show in the theather , and all singers, players were talented and we really enjoyed the music & show. There are free shuttles every 5 -10 minutes to city center & gondolas. Only negative points I can say were drinks are a bit expensive in the hotel, not all staff speaks English good and sometimes its not easy to communicate but despite that everyone was super helpful and very hospitable to us. In general, I recommend to stay in this hotel since it gives you the value of your money.

Clean and spacious with ski in access. Great breakfast spread to ow spa after a long day of skiing

Lift were just too small and in winter there is no aircon and gaps at the window are too small.

Ski in and out. Spa was amazing. Beautiful hotel. Staff attentive. Loved the bar and lounge area.

Lack of instructions on mini bar which was included (unknown to us). The free shuttle ended at 7pm. You had to pay €10 pp thereafter for this service, a journey which was 3 mins.

The resort is perfect, great facilities, large rooms, excellent food especially GOU. The ski equipment is very good
