Our stay at Kayaam Wellness was absolutely fantastic. We booked the hotel spontaneously for two nights and were welcomed in the warmest and most genuine way from the very first moment. The food deserves a 10/10 – outstanding quality, beautifully prepared, and offering a great mix of traditional Sri Lankan dishes as well as Western options. There is truly something for everyone. The hotel has only a small number of rooms, which creates a very calm, peaceful atmosphere and makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The stunning pool and the direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach leave absolutely nothing to be desired. Every single member of the staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of the guests. A very special thank you goes to the hotel manager Hemal, who went above and beyond to help organize several surprises that my partner had planned for me from Germany — all without my knowledge. Thanks to his effort and dedication, my stay was even more special than I could have imagined. The massages offered at the hotel are also an absolute must-do — deeply relaxing and perfectly executed. If I ever return to Sri Lanka, Kayaam Wellness will definitely be on my list again. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable stay. Warm regards

Kayaam house is a Beautiful boutique hotel facing the Indian ocean. The facilities are wonderful & the food delicious. The staff were welcoming & helpful. It is quite remote but that can be very attractive if you are travelling around Sri Lanka.

I had the most restorative stay at Kayam House during my trip to Sri Lanka. From the moment I arrived, completely exhausted, to the moment I left feeling recharged and inspired, this place held me so gently. The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning — calm, thoughtful, and beautifully integrated with nature. My favorite spot was the set of large windows overlooking the water lilies. I spent hours journaling and reading at the table by this window, watching the light change and listening to the soft sounds of the garden. It felt like a personal sanctuary. The sunsets were fascinating. And the beach just steps away is perfect for long, peaceful walks. It’s quiet and not crowded at all — although I was there outside the swimming season. Local say it doesn't get too crowded. A huge part of what makes Kayam House special is the team. They are incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help. They adapted effortlessly to my dietary restrictions and made me feel cared for without it ever feeling intrusive. Thanks a lot to Akila, meditation and yoga teacher who led the classes, he shared so many valuable insights that improved my practice. Highly, highly recommend. Looking forward to come back here with my family.

Had an exceptional weekend with family at Kayaam House. It was a perfect. The staff at Kayaam House were very attentive. The rooms were beautifully and functionally design. The view from the balcony was beautiful and peaceful. One of the absolute highlights was the food. See the pictures as my words won't do any justice. Theres specialist to train you in Yoga and a Spa. Steam Room and the Sauna was excellent. I left feeling deeply refreshed and will be looking forward to my next visit to this coastal haven.

We stayed at Kaayam Wellness first week of November 2025 and absolutely loved the experience. The resort is set in such a remote and serene location, perfect for unwinding and disconnecting. With only nine rooms and adults-only guests during our stay, it felt wonderfully peaceful and private. All the staff were attentive and kind, but special thanks go to Milini, the friendly pool guard who always greeted us with a smile, Karthik, the excellent yoga teacher who made each session so relaxing and grounding, and Hemal, the operations manager who ensured everything ran smoothly. We had dinner at the resort which was very good, and the breakfast was excellent — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, Kaaym Wellness is a hidden gem for anyone seeking tranquility, great service, and a truly rejuvenating escape. Highly recommended!
