This beautiful hotel is situated on a quiet section of the beautiful Tangalle beach. Morning yoga on the terrace was fantastic. The breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. The staff were attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean and the outdoor bathtub was a lovely addition to our sea view balcony. Three nights was perfect here..time to explore the more busy towns and beaches nearby and retreat to the calm sanctuary of this lovely hotel.

Einfach alles super! Lage top, an einem wünderschönen Strand. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Yoga am Morgen und am Abend mit Meeresrauschen , wundervoll! Der Yogalehter ist auch zum empfehlen. Das Hotel können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Perfect getaway. Spent an absolutely tranquil weekend in the most serene of properties! Tastefully designed interiors make this stunning hotel an absolute joy to be in. The Palm suite with it’s stunning view, beautiful setting and the lovely bathroom just added to the whole experience of feeling pampered and relaxed. The warm and courteous staff are always around to serve with a smile. Luxury with warmth is how I would describe this experience and definitely looking forward to coming back.

Had the most restful weekend at Kayaam House. From the time I stepped into this beautiful setting, I've been blown away by the attention to detail, service, food and the chance to just unwind. I was spoilt for choice with early morning walks on the beach, a dip in the pool, sauna, steam room, a morning or evening yoga practice. I left invigorated and wanting to come back for a longer stay.

Our two-night stay at Kayaam House was absolute perfection. The property is stunning — rooms that open onto balconies with ocean views, an infinity-style pool that feels endless, and spaces that make you slow down and breathe. Our days were filled with the perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation — from time in the sauna and spa to an incredible sunset yoga session led by a truly skilled instructor. The food was consistently outstanding: a beautifully seasoned BBQ dinner, fresh and healthy starters like the carrot salad, and standout dishes - kimchi bulgogi cheesesteak sandwich and a truly authentic Sri Lankan rice and curry. Every moment felt intentional and restorative. Kayaam House blends modern luxury with a deeply personal wellness touch — the kind of place you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and already planning your return.

Absolute stunning hotel, location, and architecture. Staff were warm, welcoming, and got to know each guest. The chef was wonderful, and welcomed some personalised twists and requests to the menu. Pool & view divine and easy to relax by. The hotel does need some attention to the finishes however - our door between our bathroom and balcony fell off, a heavy wooden door lucky to not cause injury & bath tub did not stay filled. Doctor consult was needed before using sauna despite this being introduced at check in as an open service. Staff very responsive to attend to these, however things I wouldn't expect to need to follow up from high end hotels. My partner wants to return for his 40th so hopefully all ironed out before then 😉

I stayed at House - Ayurveda & Wellness for three days and the experience exceeded my expectations. The entire place is serene, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxation. The beachside is simply stunning, offering peace and quiet throughout the stay. The food was excellent, the swimming pool was refreshing, and the cleanliness of the property was flawless. What truly stood out was the exceptional service — the staff went above and beyond, making the stay feel warm and personalized.
