It was our desire to visit Kayam House after enjoying our stays at Tented Lodge,Cape Weligama and Ahu Bay , we were not disappointed at all ,as we were joined by friends on this holiday who equally enjoyed our brief two-night holiday . A well-designed private villa that boasts access to an equally private beach that spans a long distance that can provide the fun of an undisturbed beach walk . Well appointed rooms and excellent curated meals that appeals even to the local palette are some of the positives of the hotel. Chef Rizwan takes the time to personally speak to the guests and assist with preferences, restaurant staff Kasun , Arosha ( F&B) and the housekeeping team headed by Aroshan ,Kasun and Anura. Operations Manager Chaminda made his presence felt as well by speaking to the guests personally and advising on any concerns .

We had a quiet two night stay with friends at this small boutique hotel. The most striking here are the very attentive and caring staff, the isolated beach that stretches for ever, and the rustic architecture of the place, a fused version of Bawa architecture. Chef Rizwan personally interacted with us to ensure we had the cuisine of our preference personally crafted. Hats off to him. While all the staff were equally gifted we can name those who interacted with us. Steward Kasun, F&B head Danushka, Housekeeping head Aroshan assisted by Kasun and Anura, they made all the effort to make our stay memorable. Operation Manager Chaminda kept a close eye in the background. All in all, we would love to return to Kayaam House

Stunning place, with a beautiful poopl and welcoming staff

Unfortunately, the beach was not accessible as described. Further, food options are very limited, and the food was also not fresh. We notified the kitchen about it and in all fairness, they wanted to replace the dish. However, for this price we expected just well made food. There were also no other options for dining out because the hotel is so far away from everything. Its a nice place if you dont want to explore and just sit at the hotel. We left the place earlier than anticipated

Our family stayed at the Palm Resident Villa from Aug 20-24th. We were a group of 6. Kayaam House in one word is DISCONNECTION from the outside world. The minute we walked into the property we were welcomed by the serenity of its surroundings. The property is stunning and maintained beautifully. The villa was pristine when we walked in and since the property is small at any given time there are only 10-13 guests. Each guest is made to feel so special and spoilt. The staff that catered to us during our stay bent over backwards to make everything we wished come true. We were a group with many demands and each of us wanted special diet. The Chef Prasanna was so accommodating and made sure we all had sumptuous meals all day long. My husband and my son truly devoured the last night special dinner at the Yoga Shala - Seafood Platter. The other staff that served us day in and day out were Tiron, Kasun, Lahiru. What a dedicated team who served us with a smile on their face starting from 6:30am to 10pm. Ajith the pool attendant was extremely aware of our needs at all times. We totally appreciate how amazing they all made our stay. The doctor on site and the massage therapist were knowledgeable in the Ayurveda treatments we signed up for. We all had a very relaxed session. Mr. Hemal and Mr. Chaminda made sure that they paid attention to the smallest details during our stay. Thank you for the parting gift. All in all we had a fabulous 4 days♥️.

这是此次行程我最满意的一个酒店！！！真的很好，所有的一切都很美好！餐食也非常的棒，员工也非常的棒，服务也非常好！酒店设施也好！酒店的SPA也很舒服！总之很完美！非常推荐所有人来试一下！！

无！ 但是，酒店可以多宣传宣传自己！这么好的酒店如果很少人知道那太可惜了！

Stunning beach and friendly staff and yummy foods, And the location is to be reachable historic and also nature friendly places specilly bird watchin, Kayaking, Jungle safari and much more, The beach is clean and almost private, since there is no any local residencies ramdomly seen some local people except foriengers
