Staff and the manager are very helpful and they helped alot when i had a problem with my booking , hotel is very nice

1.Wifi is not good all time 2. Breakfast need more variety and better bread qualilty

"كل شي جميل جدا وراقي"

فندق متميز جددا والطاقم كله محترم ومتعاون جداا الفندق نظيف وهادي للاستجمام والروقان البحر والبسين فاضين لا يوجد زحمه البحر كيلو لكن توجد عربية موجوده باستمرار والسائق عبوده محترم جدا كل شي كان جميل

لا يوجد كاميرات ودي مش عوائد الفنادق العربيات متحركه وسط المنتجع الشاطئ صخري لكن في شوز موجوده لا ينفع لو معاك اطفال فوق ال 4 سنوات لانه ليس فيه نشاط للاطفال

"Lovely place, great value for money."

A lovely, cozy, and relaxing place that made me feel right at home. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the restaurant always had a great music selection that made every meal even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Sameh Safwat, the F&B Manager, for the great experience. The pool was clean, sunny, and just steps away. The beach is about a 15-minute drive (shuttle bus available) and is calm and relaxing, with beautiful corals and colorful fish to enjoy while snorkeling. This was my first visit, and it definitely won't be my last!

المكان حلو قوى بس كنت حاجزة فطار بس الاكل مش الذ حاجة و مكنش fresh و السلالم مفيش أسانسير فى الجزء اللى كنا فيه
