The Anam Mui Ne

Absolutely fabulous stay at Anam Mui Ne. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Staff are friendly, efficient, polite and professional. Spa was great. Breakfast superb. Cocktails the best we had in Vietnam. We will definitely return.

The staff did an excellent job. We felt very welcome and excellently hosted. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection and high-quality products. Fresh fruits and freshly prepared fruit juices were a highlight. The ambience during breakfast and evening hours was enhanced by a pianist and violinist, creating a pleasant and memorable atmosphere. The hotel offers very nice facilities and well-designed lighting, showing a clear and consistent concept throughout the property. The location is a beautiful venue for weddings and special occasions.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there are several areas where a 5-star hotel should improve: Bar prices felt excessively high compared to the overall offering. Sun loungers are being reserved by guests as early as 7 a.m. without being used for hours. Stricter rule enforcement would greatly improve fairness and availability. The fitness room is too small for a 5-star facility and does not match the expected standard. Cleanliness in the fitness room could be improved. The gym would also benefit from clear guest rules (e.g., equipment etiquette, towel use). Outdoor showers near the pool should be installed or better enforced so guests shower before entering the pool. The sand area between pool and beach is often dirty and should be cleared of objects and debris more regularly. These improvements would significantly enhance the guest experience and better reflect a 5-star standard.
