Beautiful, large spaces. Serene atmosphere and stunning rooms. Fantastic service throughout. Lovely individual touches make it feel very special. One of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in.

Ну я так и не поняла, куда в номере можно положить купальные костюмы. Есть много вешалок для одежды, что удобно, но совсем нет полок.

We stayes in the Anam during the christmas holiday period and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s facilities are outstanding—modern, clean, and well-maintained. The kids club was very convenient for my toddler, offering a safe place to play with all sorts of toys. The pool area is stunning, . The food, especially the breakfast, was delicious and diverse, catering to all tastes and preferences. The staff was friendly and attentive.

My experience was significantly marred by the check-in and check-out process with one particular staff member at the reception. The process was painfully inefficient and unwelcoming. Upon arrival, I was asked for all sorts of payments, which felt unnecessary and created an unpleasant start to our stay. At check-out, despite my request to have the invoice prepared in advance, the same staff member proceeded to count every single invoice in front of me, making the process unnecessarily tedious and frustrating. This lack of professionalism and consideration was disappointing, especially given the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

The positives, it’s a lovely hotel, nice rooms, beautiful manicured gardens and great staff who will do everything they can to help…… but it’s not perfect.

It’s very expensive to eat and drink in the hotel, so in the evenings the restaurants are virtually empty with little atmosphere, the prices more what I’d expect to pay in the UK, but not in Vietnam. As a result we ate out every day, but a limited choice of nice eating places within walking distance. It needs more sun beds - they are all ‘claimed’ by 8:30/9:00, after that you have to go the beach which is very windy in the afternoons. You don’t come on holiday to watch TV, but it’s nice to have a range of channels, but there are no mainstream western news channels like BBC, Sky, CNN etc., however does have Russia Today and Planeta RTR, (which does reflect the majority of the demographic of the hotel customers whilst we stayed), but an alternative as a choice would be nice.
