J’avais une chambre côté route, la chambre n’est pas bien isolée on pouvait entendre le traffic. Je pouvais aussi entendre tout ce passait dans les autres chambres à côté.

Очень красивый новый отель. Прекрасные завтраки. Отличные бассейны и пляжная зона. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Ночью тихо.

Стоит заменить кофемашину в зоне завтрака: имеющаяся не всегда работала. Персонал всегда приносил кофе по заказу, но это занимало в среднем 10 минут.

Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to properly evaluate the hotel, as we decided to leave immediately after arrival.

We arrived at this hotel after staying at The Anam Cam Ranh, and it is important to note that these are two completely different hotels in terms of territory, atmosphere, clientele, and food quality. We did not stay at the hotel at all and left immediately for the airport without unpacking our luggage. The payment for five nights was not refunded, as we were informed that it was high season. According to the hotel’s policy, they are not obliged to issue a refund, which is understandable from a formal point of view. However, the overall attitude was disappointing. As an alternative, we were offered a discount for a stay in 2026, which did not feel like a realistic or meaningful solution. Some important points to be aware of: • Weather in January is quite cool and windy. If this is important to you, this destination may not be suitable at this time of year. At The Anam Cam Ranh, such conditions are compensated by a larger territory, higher service level, and better restaurants. Here, this was not the case. These two properties should not be compared — they are clearly of different standards. • The territory is small, and upon our arrival all sunbeds were occupied, mostly by guests drinking alcohol, some already noticeably intoxicated. Due to the lack of space, some guests were lying on towels on the grass. The beach was also very crowded, giving the impression of a hotel mainly serving package tours. • Before leaving, we decided to have a quick meal. We first went to an empty bar, where no staff approached us — the employees were standing behind the bar talking. We had to approach them ourselves and ask about food, after which we were sent to the restaurant. The food quality was very poor, especially compared to The Anam Cam Ranh — not comparable at all. Additionally, the staff in the restaurant barely spoke English, unlike the Cam Ranh property.

Without a doubt, the best hotel in Mui Ne. Spotless cleanliness, perfect order, incredibly friendly and attentive staff, a magnificent breakfast buffet. Everything is ideal, right down to the lemongrass scent in the lobby. A paradise on Earth

Наш отдых в отеле прошел просто великолепно, 10 из 10 баллов! В отеле очень уютно и комфортно, сотрудники моментально решают все вопросы и готовы помочь в любой момент. Отдельно хочется отметить оперативную работу ребят у бассейнов, чтобы всем всегда были места, огромные молодцы! В отеле завтраки с очень хорошим выбором блюд и в целом кухня отеля нам очень понравилась, неоднократно ходили на ужины . СПА - обязателен к посещению, девочки делают прекрасный массаж в расслабляющей атмосфере. Живая музыка по утрам и вечерам - отдельное наслаждение! Отдельное спасибо за это отелю.

The positives: - Very kind and polite staff - Pleasant views - A lot of trees, jungle-like atmosphere - Perfect location

The negative points: - Poor sound-proofing in the rooms, you can hear the neighbors, conversations, moving furniture, etc - The beach is not very suitable for swimming, due to waves, dusty water and hundreds of kite-surfers - Sunbeds on the beach are quickly occupied by “early birds”, meaning that people arrive around 6.30-7am, place the towel to occupy the sunbed and then go to do their own stuff.
