The interior, rooms and restaurants were beautiful. Nice staff and beautiful pools, good food and spa.

Hotel does need to enforce the rule that beds are available for other guests if not used in 30 min. The consequence of not doing so is that guests occupy beds very early and then leave and do their thing… this is not ok for a 5 star hotel. Also the entrance and service at arrival could be better.

We spent 6 days in the resort during Christmas. Our private pool suite was great with a lot of space; the staff was super friendly; breakfast was abundant with a lot of choices; we used all the amenities (pool, kids club, spa, restaurant) and spent most of our stay in the resort as the surrounding of the resort are less fancy

we had a very unpleasant check in and check out process with the same person at the reception. not a nice way to start nor to finish the stay; the person was acting as an accountant and not like a hospitality professional; very disappointing

По моему мнению лучший отель в указанной локации. Стильный и сдержанный, утопающий в зелени. Комфортный номера, оборудованные всем необходимым. Особенно хочу отметить качество текстиля - полотенца и халаты в прекрасном состоянии, которыми приятно пользоваться. При заселении в номере ждали тапочки (сланцы) и комнатные, пляжная сумка из рафии, традиционные головные уборы. Территория очень ухоженная, сотрудникам ухаживающем за таким обилием зелени респект! Оборудование у бассейнов и на пляже в прекрасном состоянии. Beach boys очень внимательны и аккуратны, всегда благожелательны и спешат на помощь. Завтрак отличный, включающий в себя блюда, как азиатской, так и европейской кухни. Пляжная линия широкая, чистая и достаточно протяженная для прогулок.

Просто волшебное место! С момента первого шага и вдоха прекрасного аромата в лобби отеля! Все очень эстетично, атмосферно, по вечерам играет пианист, а утром модно услышать звуки скрипки. Безупречный сервис, вкусная еда. Несколько ресторанов и баров на территории. Красивых два бассейна и выход к морю, лежаков хватает всем. Спокойно, без лишнего шума и суеты. Стильный, современный дизайн номеров и общих зон. Отзывчивый персонал! SPA процедуры - 🔥 Отдыхом остались довольны на 200%. Когда вернемся снова- выбор отеля очевиден! Только the Anam Mui Ne!
