Our stay at the hotel was excellent, but the real highlight was the manager. He went out of his way to help us again and again, always approachable and willing to solve any issue immediately. It was clear that his dedication and personal effort made the whole place run smoothly. Without him, the hotel simply wouldn’t feel the same.

Professional staff

The facility requires some cosmetic support; the rooms don’t do justice to the booking pictures found online, and the pool was still not available during my entire stay. Meals were affordable. Breakfast choices were good. Friendly drivers, very helpful and respectful. The dining room staff can benefit from customer service skills. Overall, it was a safe and affordable space to escape to and shelter from the chaos in Port-au-Prince.

Restaurant is quite good and staff is friendly. Beautiful views of the city. Restaurant in situ which is good.

Air conditioning according to a schedule which means that at times the rooms become impossibly hot. Reception staff are remarkably indifferent and mostly interested in chatting to colleagues or looking at their phones. It could be a cultural thing as all other guests did not seem to care about how unhelpful reception staff were. I would have chosen a different place to stay if I had known what I know now.

I didn't like anything about the hotel, to top it off i checked out earlier than expected because of a business meeting, and I still haven't got reimbursed for the remaining days.
