Bluegreen's StreamSide at Vail

Management failed to honor the pricing guaranteed by Booking.com. Property Manager told me to deal with Booking.com as they have no intention of resolving this issue. To me that's a final straw, especially that I've stayed with them on multiple occasions in the past. We typically visit Vail twice per year in spring & winter for skiing (min 7 nights each trip). Now, I'm taking my business elsewhere. All the other things folks are complaining about never really bothered me. It's an older property with lots of mileage on it and struggling maintenance/housekeeping. Also, I'm pretty fit in a good shape, so lack of elevator was not a big deal for me as it is for many others struggling with suitcases up those countless flights of stairs. Free parking used to be a nice perk, but since they decided to start charging for parking, relative attractiveness dramatically went away especially towards other properties located much closer to the ski lifts. Staff without basic hospitality training. Won't even smile to you unless you tip them. Security guy kicked my kid out of playroom because they are understaffed. If so, why am I paying extra fees for that playroom, uh..? I just canceled my upcoming December 2026 stay with them & rebooked with another property in the Village. I hope the management gets the message.

The unit was spacious, clean, and in a good location.

The shuttle hours were limited.

shuttle bus is so convenient. Apartment is clean. Wireless is fast.

Vail es hermoso, esta un poco alejado del centro en complejo, pero el lugar tiene un servicio de transporte que te lleva el centro de ski. Tardas una media hora más o menos.

Ninguno de los empleados de recepción habla en Español. Tuvimos un percance, que la el Manager del hotel lo supo resolver, gracias a mi hija que pudo hacer de traductora en linea.-
